  • Identity and Culture: To have your identity, culture and diversity valued and supported
  • Safety: To live free from abuse, neglect, exploitation and discrimination
  • Quality Care: To receive aged care services that are safe, of high quality, and appropriate to your needs
  • Information: To be informed about your care, services, and any changes
  • Control and Choice: To have control and choice over your care and life
  • Privacy: To have your privacy respected and personal information protected
  • Feedback and Complaints: To provide feedback or make complaints without fear of reprisal
  • Advocacy: To have access to advocacy and support
  • Decision Making: To be involved in decisions about your care
