When you engage with providers through MD Home Care, those providers will also collect and use your information in accordance with their own privacy policies for the purpose of delivering services. Providers in the MD Home Care network may collect additional health information and service records directly from you for the purpose of delivering services. This information is collected and managed by the provider in accordance with their privacy policies.

  • Register on the MD Home Care platform
  • Complete enquiry or contact forms
  • Communicate with us through phone, email, or in person
  • Use the MD Home Care website

MD Home Care does not use your information to directly deliver care services. Service delivery is managed by individual providers who have their own obligations regarding use and protection of your information.

  • Providers in the MD Home Care network for the purpose of connecting you with services
  • MD Home Care platform staff who need the information to assist you
  • The NDIA and other government agencies as required

When we connect you with a provider, we share only the information necessary for the provider to assess whether they can meet your needs and to facilitate initial contact. More detailed information will be collected directly by the provider if you choose to engage their services.

We will not disclose your personal information to overseas recipients without your consent, unless required by law.

We take reasonable steps to protect your personal information from misuse, interference, loss, unauthorized access, modification, or disclosure. These steps include:

For information held by individual providers (such as service records and detailed health information), you will need to contact the provider directly.

8. Complaints

If you believe that MD Home Care has breached your privacy or you have concerns about how we have handled your personal information, please contact our Privacy Officer.

For privacy complaints about a provider's handling of your information during service delivery, you should contact the provider directly in the first instance.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our platform functionality, practices, or legal requirements. The updated policy will be posted on our website, and the revised version will be effective from the date of posting.
