Community access support in Sydney typically costs $50-$70/hour (group rates available) per hour for individual support. For NDIS participants, community access falls under Core Supports, specifically "Assistance with Social, Economic and Community Participation." For individual support, the support worker goes with you one-on-one to activities of your choosing. Over time, the goal for many participants is to reduce the level of support needed as confidence and skills grow.
