About the Role
As a Recovery Coach connected through MD Home Care in Granville, you’ll support individuals with psychosocial disability to build their capacity and work toward their recovery goals. You’ll provide coaching that is strengths-based, person-centered, and focused on enhancing independence and community participation. What You’ll Do
- Provide coaching and mentoring to build capacity and independence

- Provide education about mental health and wellbeing
- Document progress and contribute to NDIS reporting
- Work collaboratively with other service providers

Required Qualifications
